Q: Some one stole my apple account and apple do not want to give me my credit back.  Who do I put a dispute on apple ?

Some on stole my apple identity and purchased some suscricption under my name.

I send and email to apple and they answer that purchased that all sales ARE FINAL.

What should I do ?
