Q: repair permissions - huge list

SInce updating from 10.7.4 to 10.7.5 on my macbook pro 2011 model I am getting a massive list when verifying permissions. After repairing they are still there?

Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

There are some permissions that simply can't be repaired - we all get those messages when repairing permissions. If you're talking about over 100 or more permissions needing to be repaired every time you verify permission, then you might have something to worry about. But if it's on the order of 50 or less, nothing to worry about.

I ve never had this before with any previous operating system.
Mine arent in the "safely ignore" list either so what now?
