Excel (in Office 2011 and maybe earlier versions, too) adds to Automator a "Convert Format of Excel Files" action. You can set the action to output PDFs.
Hello, Thank you. It seems that automator doesn't accept to work with .xlsm excel sheet. It does perfectly with .xls. Any other option ? BR
It seems that security features prevent automation. I think you'll have to open each .xlsm, enable the macros, then either Save As . . . or Print to get a PDF. That's far from the "easy export" solution you're seeking.
Yes, that's one option. But I create some invoices and having a button on which pressing to get the PDF would be more convenient .... keep on searching 😉
Hello .... Got it !!!!!!!
here it is : vba macro code for whom needs it, work smoothly.
Sub enreg_pdf()
'
' enreg_pdf Macro
'
'
'on cré le fichier PDFdans le même dossier que le fichier source
Sheets("Feuil1").ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypexslm, Filename:= _
"" & [g14].Value & ".pdf"
End Sub
