Download multiple apps at once

Is there anyway to build a "bundle" (for lack of a better term) of apps to be downloaded all at once? I have 23 iPads that I control in my school and a list of about 15 free apps to go on each of them. I recieved a "bundle" of songs from The Philadelphia Orchestra as a "gifted download" and with one redemption code my computer downloaded 6 songs. <----- That's my goal.
