my iphone 4 has lost sevice and now wont restore i itunes error code -1
my iphone4 has lost service and now asks to connect to itunes to restore but comes up with error code -1

error code 1 http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694 follow the steps to resolve, if that doesn't work you may have a hardware failure and will need to take it in to Apple.
