i put the number on the back of the card... now how do i geth the code to purchase on my phone?

I saw that but ... It doesn't tell you where to get the code if you don't have one:-(
You get a code by buying a prepaid iTunes card or by someone giving you a gift through the iTunes Store. Do you have such a prepaid card or gift?
