Contact AppleCare or take your Mac to the nearest Genius Bar. Whilst there may be potential solutions available on the web, to present any of them here would be quite a security risk: a roadmap for telling any Tom, Dick or Harry how to circumvent an admin password on a Mac.

You can reset with your AppleID: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4798

If that is not available,

Boot into Recovery HD and choose Terminal from the Utilities menu.

Type resetpassword and hit return.

Follow the prompts to reset the password.

See here, except you have to use the above steps to get to the reset password utility. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1274
