Best OS for 2007 Macbook Pro?
What would the best performing OS be for a late 2007 Macbook Pro (17", 2.4ghz Core 2 Duo)? Would Mountain Lion run as well as Snow Leopard? Does it even make a difference in performance?

If Snow Leopard works correctly on your computer, there's no reason to upgrade because some Snow Leopard applications aren't compatible with OS X Mountain Lion, so you will have to update them to a newer version.
