I am in a networked environment with 10.6 Macs. All users are handled through Active Directory.
General users do not have the ability to add or remove or manage printers.
Is there a way to allow a couple of skilled users to have the ability to "resume" a print queue?
(If a printer jams, the queue "pauses", and only an admin can "resume" it.) It would be nice
to affort a couple of students the ability to help out and resume a print queue when I am not available.
