iPhone 5 replys are showing as yellow font

We currently use exchange and have started to hear from our users when they reply to an email from the iPhone 5 the receiver is not able to see their message. This is not consistanct and not happening to all users. We have checked the users signature themes and that doens't see to be the proplem.
