Apple store gift card
Hello -
I'm trying to find the right customer service department to help with a gift card issue. I wasted two weeks with someone from the iTunes store and am super frustrated with Apple right now.
Here's what happened:
- I received an Apple Store gift card
- I went to purchase Aperture online
- I entered all of my gift card information and then proceeded to shop
- When I purchased Aperture it automatically charged my account on file and never gave me the chance to use the card
Any information about who to contact for a refund would be appreciated. It keeps routing me to iTunes support and as mentioned above, that was a wasted effort. To make this situation even better Aperture and iPhoto aren't working at all for me so this is just a crazy situation all around.
