Repeat the proceedure and this time look where it's saving it to.

tried that with a dummy file cant find that either
In the Save dialogue box it should say where its saving it to and give you the option to save it somewhere else.
Other than that outline the step by step proceedure you did to save the file.
Here is an example of what i did. now a cant find this outlook Temp folder to find the file i saved.
It is in a folder called Outlook Temp, it's marked 'Where' in your picture.
Consult Outlooks help to locate that folder, or use Spotlight, and in future choose a different location, like 'Documents' maybe.

Change the destination to somewhere else if you can't find the folder then, try Desktop or Documents for a change, the desktop is real easy to find.
