I have a 8gig Iphone and I bought 10gigs more and I still can't down load iso6 of some bigger apps what's the problem?

I have a 8g Ipone and I bought 10g on icloud but still can not download iso6 or update big apps. what is the problem?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1, 8g
