I have just rented a film off itunes and can not find it. It has fully downloaded. This happened to us a few weeks ago and the guys at apple said it should be in the purchased section but it is not. Can someone help?
Seems llike so many of us have the same problem paying for movies that take days to download and then unable to locate them. Where is the support team. How come there are no answers to these questions. Where are our refunds...
