my iphone 4 keeps saying i have the same problem when restoring (1602) how the **** can i get my phone back working?

please help my phone kept saying to plug into itunes which i did now it doesnt do anything when i try to restore it, just keeps coming up with the same problem(1602) someone please help

error 1602 http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error1602

says to disable any 3rd party security, antivirus and firewall.
