How do I turn off updates and update notifications on all iOS devices?

After downgrading iTunes to 10.7 i want to be 100% sure that i don't upgrade any of my iOS devices in case they will suddenly require iTunes 11.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.2

There is no way to turn off update notifications.

Hi iTunesDJ,

There is no way to do this. What I would do is put your Settings app on a page itself, so its out of your way. Just ignore your notifactions. I hope this helps!
