My external hard drive recently crashed with my iTunes movie library in it. they were my only copies. I can't seem to re-download them from my "purchased" spot in iTunes. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My external hard drive recently crashed and i lost my only copies of movies i had purchased from itunes. when i tried to re-download them i was unable to. i tried the "report a problem" gig with no response from itunes. Any suggestions? I also tried to redownload them by attempting to purchase the movie again. When the message came back that i had already purchased this movie i hit download again. this worked for a few of my movies but i still can't download 9 of them...
