Do exactly what they told you to do and contact itunes support.

Click Support at the top fo the page, then click Contact Apple Support

Go to https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action, here you can get email,chat,and phone support with your issue.

Good luck candy crush has no tech support and reporting it through App Store support is useless. The only reply I ever got was to delete and reinstall update and restore purchases. None of it works they just want u to spend more money to bring their stocks up.
