on pages, how can i delete ONLY ONE document in the open recent list? if i click on clear menu all documents will be deleted

on pages, how can i delete ONLY ONE document in the open recent list. if i click on clear menu,

You can always open "more" documents till the one you don't want someone to see is eventually pushed off the list. Other than that I don't think you can remove a single document. In the future you might want to set pages to not remember recent documents.
