I cannot continue any downloads the message I receive is "The requested url was not found on this server", anyway to fix this?

Pretty much in the title. I'm not sure what happened. I have some important sofware I was downloading- things I really need and can't redownload. I had to fix my wifi, so i did, but when I got back it says "The requested url was not found on this server" and won't let me continue downloads. Any idea what is wrong?Thanks so much
