Is 16 GB iPad Enough for a Mom?

Well my mom wants an ipad and me my sis and dad were gonna get her one. she wants a white ipad 2. All she wants to use it for is like get some apps, not really games but other apps like bank of america so she can pay bills and go on her email and have movies but she'll delete them she wont keep them on only rent them and stuff and i know you can get the 16gb for $399 but we were gonna get a refurbished one for $319, but i was wondering should we get a 32gb for the same price as a new 16gb or save 80 bucks? and dont say get 32gb for the same price cuz its a better deal i wanna know is 16gb enough for her or not?
