Jan 18, 2013 7:23 PM in response to Zeeshan Rashidby Niel,If the drive is formatted as NTFS, you'll either need to reformat it or install software which enables Mac OS X to write to NTFS drives. To reformat it, open the Disk Utility in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder and erase it as MS-DOS if you need to access it from a PC or Mac OS Extended (Journaled) otherwise.
