I have tested these adapters. Either works with my old iSights:

It is possible to get a bad adapter. If you have problems, the first step is to try a different connector.

Next, verify that your old iSight still works by testing it with a different Mac that needs no adapter.

If you still cannot make it work, I'd recommend a new compatible USB cam that offers a current manufacturer's warranty instead of any external (old) iSight. Some examples of current compatible cams are described at http://www.mac-compatible-web-cam.com/

Well I find the first adapter but with out the connection to FireWire 800 I need to put an other cable

You think that adapter works ?

No.

If the "adapter" you found does not have one FW400 end and FW800 at the other,

it is NOT the "first adapter" that I recommended: http://store.apple.com/us/product/TW748LL/A/

Instead of the item in your link, use one of the links I posted here to connect your old FW400 iSight yo your Mac's FW800 ports.

If you don't have the FW 400 cable that came with your old iSight, use a Firewire 9-pin to 6-pin cable like this one: http://store.apple.com/us/product/HA352ZM/A/
