synching from my iphone back onto a new computer.......

my computer crashed, my music is on my iphone. who the heck do i get the music on my iphone onto my fixed computer??? i don't want to erase the iphone in the sync--- is there a way of directing the sync in the other direction?? ???

This has to be the most frustrating process i have ever had to deal with. I am using Windows7 and an iphone4s.

Please help
