If you have a Mac compatible with Internet Recovery and you purchased Lion (or it came with your computer), it's easier to install Lion:
1. Make a backup of your data without using Time Machine.
2. Press Command, Option and R keys while your Mac is starting to start into Internet Recovery, and open Disk Utility.
3. Select Macintosh HD in the sidebar, go to Erase tab and erase the disk.
4. Close Disk Utility and install OS X. OS X 10.7.5 will be installed on your computer
