restore downloads

i just downloaded an app and it almost finished downloading on my pc.

i installed a new software and it asked me to restart my pc i forgot that i am downloading an app

i restarted my pc and when i opened itunes my half download was not there

could anyone suggest how can i bring back that half downloaded app
