Q: i cant access my computer cause forgot my password

when first booting.. my MBA ask user name and password, cause i forgot my password

i cant access my MBA/computer..can anyone help me?

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.5.3)

To reset the password, follow the steps > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1274

If you are using OS X Lion or Mountain Lion > http://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4101

Note that, if you don't have Lion or Mountain Lion, you will have to start your computer from the Mac OS X disc, so you will need an external optical drive or Remote Install
