Can I change the lay-out of a folder listing?
I'd like to add a logo and a menu structure. Is that possible?

You'll need to expand on this.
Are you talking about web services, wiki, file sharing or what?
I am talking about web services.
You can create whatever type of website, menu, etc that you'd like.
Its no different than if you created a site which is hosted at a service.
Apple doesn't provide you with a GUI to do this, you'll need to use your own tools.
Look for a GUI Web Design app...
Or you might prefer a content management system like wordpress.
That's a surprising answer. Maybe I did not explain my question clearly enough. What I would like to do is to adapt the lay-out of an (automatic) folder listing of a website where this option has been selected and the webserver has not found a default index file. Typically a page like that starts on top with "Index of /".
Didn't mean to surprise you :-)
