My apps exist on my phone but not on my pc.
I lost my hard drive and it was replaced. Now my phone has all of its apps, but they do not exist on my pc. I am not sure how to restore them. Can anyone talk me through it?

Hook your phone upto the computer. Cancel Syncing.

File > Device> Transfer purchases on this iPhone
