wifi and bluetooth option are grayed out and dimmed

Question

wifi and bluetooth option are grayed out and dimmed

I am unable to connect to wifi or bluetooth as the two options are grayed out and dimmed so i am unable to turn them on. i have looked on apple support and have done all the resolutions they gave and it is still not working.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.2

If this is the support page you checked and you tried all the suggestions given there, your next option is to make an appointment at an Apple store to have you phone looked at.
