IPhone 5 Sync Problem Due to Corrupt ITunes Data

I recently received an error message from ITunes that wiped out all of the data in ITunes, and began anew. I then Scanned for Music on my computer and relocated most of my music and some other limited information. However, when I tried to sync my IPhone 5, It asked that I replace the IPhone data with that of the current ITunes account on the computer with which it is being synced (some one as before, but it recognizes the IPhone as being Synced with a different computer since the ITunes data is new). Does anyone have a suggestion for merging the data?
