How do I transfer my files from my pc to the iMac?

I was not ready when I was asked the question during setup

Because I was sharing keyboard Nd mouse at that time.

I've since purchased a track pad and keyboard for my iMac.

I also have iluv USB to USB cable but haven't figured what to do.
