A:

IIRC, the left side is bank 0 and the right is bank 1. You should be able to discern that, given only three slots are filled. On my machine with the two originals at 2 GB and two added 4 GB, System Profile shows

Thanks baltwo. I got it fugured out how to install the memeory I just don't know which side is 0 and which side is 1. I am upgrading to 4 gb and have 3 gb in there now but don't knoe ehicvh difr yto put the new card in and don't really want to do it twice if I can help it. The "about this mac" tells me that there is 2 gb's in bank 0 and 1 gb in bank 1. So which one is which when I'm lookng at the bottom of the computer according to the diagtam in the manual.
