Items that are on my Calendar on the imac aren't on the ipad?

Whilst I can see many items on the calendar on my iMac going back beyond mid last year when I look on the iPad very few show prior to 19th December 2012.

Any ideas, please ?

Only have iCloud calendar

Who's a Muppet then - checked iPad settings under calendars, sync showed 'events 1 month back'

Simple to fix

Settings

Mail, contacts, calendars

Changed it to 'all events'

Waited 5 minutes and - sorted
