I cannot review apps on my iPad 2

I tried countless times to review apps but every single time - after I rates, inserted a title and wrote the review - I click on send, nothing changes: my review doesn't appear in the section and when I click on the "Add review" button again my review is still here.

I don't know what else to do.

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1

It happened to me too. I tried adding my review on iPad from the App Store today. I am on iPad 2 (6.1.3 IOS).


I ended up going to my PC to try to submit it there, and noticed "write a review" was greyed out. I clicked on it and lo and behold my review was sitting there. I edited it and clicked submit and nothing happened. I finally clicked cancel. When I tried to write a review again, the content was gone.


I went back to iPad 2 and resubmitted it there. Nothing happened after I hit submit and the dialogue window closed. I have no idea where my review is.

I knew that about 15 minutes into the problem, but it doesn't excuse the fact that I spent about 30 minutes trying to get the review to submit on two devices. My iPad asked me to sign in several times, and at no time did it give me any clue about what was happening. The login messages were sometimes different. Finally it threw an error that said try again later.


So I went to my PC and went through the steps on the website to submit a review for the same app. It was technically "later." There I found roughly the same confusion. No way to know what was happening. First, I submitted it and nothing happened. The dialogue window didn't even close. I hit cancel and went back to my iPad.


Then I came on here and I saw about a dozen other questions about the same issue dating back to 2011! I couldn't figure out if the situation was ever resolved.


And I still don't know whether I successfully submitted my review anywhere.

Still the same. Reviews from an ipad never get sent. Forget all the people saying they are reviewed and will show up later. That is not the case. Those people need to try from an ipad not just give us what should happen. We know what should happen! If you log into App Store from a computer your review will still be there and clicking on send completes the process.

I currently have the same problem on iOS 7.1 on 4th generation iPad. This is happening over a period of weeks and multiple apps that I cannot submit reviews for. I can go back in the "write review" of the app and the info is still populated and hit submit again but it does not work. There is also nothing inappropriate in my reviews either.
