Hello all,
My I pad has a damage that does not influnce its function. However, i would like to change it for a new one. Mine is 64 GB WiFi+3G , but i could not find the same one online!
How can i echange it? do you think Apple will let me trad it for I Pad retina ?

Apple does not cover user damage. But you can go to an Apple Store and ask how much it would cost you to exchange, if it's something they offer.
Apple is only selling iPad 2 16GB.
You have 3 choices - use Apple's out of warranty exchange, get it repaired at a 3rd party, or sell it and buy a new iPad.
Out-of-Warranty Service
If you own an iPad that is ineligible for warranty service but is eligible for Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Service, Apple will replace (Apple doesn't repair) your iPad with an iPad that is new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability for the Out-of-Warranty Service fee listed below. (The replacement will most likely be a refurbished iPad in a brown box, however, it has a new screen, back and battery.)

Thank you for this great answer. i think my i pad will be eligible for Apple's out of warranty exchange because it is like a new. it has a cove and a screen protector except that it has a corner damage (minor) but i wanted to replace it with a new one. Based on your answer, i will most likly get a refurbished iPad! what is the quality of it? if it is less than what i have, i will keep mine!
