can i merge two accounts

I just discovered I still have an old account under an old user name and email. I have many purchases in the cloud under the old user name. I want to merge the two user names so I can access all the purchases under one user name.

I origianly thought I edited an old account to reflect a new email but discovered that I actually created a new user account.
