Q: My iPad email does not give me an option to delete my email when I swipe the msg, it says archive how do I change that?

I don,t have the trashcan symbol on the top right corner and when I swipe a specific message it does not give me an option to delete but to archive. I would like to change that. Has anyone ever had this issue? How did you solve it? I'd greatly appreciate the help:))
