Q: signing new terms of service in icloud for apple tv, signing new terms of service in icloud for apple tv

I cannot photostream on my Apple tv as I need to sign new terms of service but cannot find out how to agree these terms

I don't seem to be able to get the terms of service for iCloud. Followed your link but still none the wiser..
