I have a MacBook Pro (15", Mid-2010). Recently, my wifi stopped working, and when I click on the airport status indicator, it says "Wi-Fi: No Hardware Installed." My local Apple Geniuses tried replacing my AirPort card, but it didn't work (they called to tell me the new card wasn't appearing as connected and they put my old card back in). Does anyone know what else could be causing this problem?

[I also installed an SSD and installed the original hard drive in a caddy where the SuperDrive used to be a few weeks ago. The problem with my airport card did not start until 2/+ weeks after I made this alteration.]

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
