This is probably a simple minded question.....  But, if I want to store information for a married couple and they have their own phone numbers and emails... does this mean I need 3 entries in Address Book? One for the couple so I can print a XMAS label for them, one for each individual so I can store their individual phone, email, birthday,,,etc.?

    You can go to Address book preferences, you can click templates and see if you can set thigs how it works fro you. in templates there is a dropdown that allows you to add fieds.
