Hello! I own a iphone 4 witch is locked to Bell Canada carrier how can i unlock it ...cause im am not from Canada ....

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it.

Contact that carrier and ask if they offer this service and if you qualify

You need to contact Bell Canada and get them to unlock it. That is the only way.
