I am physically in Arizona as I type..but spend most of our time in Canada.
Ok so that's not the issue as both have access. Make sure the location is set properly in settings. Try rebooting device and router.
Updated both the ATV2 (jailbroken) & ATV 3 to latest firmware versions and NHL & NBA logo/icons are back.
