looking for help

i am unable to connect my itouch with my computer. i have installed the latest version of itunes. message pops up unable to find driver. Can you help?

If you have a PC I would start with:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

or

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
