iPod 4G camera shutter frozen

My camera front and back is not working. The shutter is frozen and not doing anything, i restored it many time and it works... for a like 2 weeks then stop working. Now when i restore it doesn't work at all! I found one camera app, and i was playing around it, when i open the camera in the app the back doesn't work when i switch it to the front to works!

I see that my front camera works but i have no idea if the back work. I would to take pictures in my default camera app other then an editing one. Someone please help me find a solution without doing the things i already have done
