When I got my new IP5 last October, I tried the "Hotspot" option for one month to see how it worked and it was fine. Ever since, I've been getting the annoying popup below with my Hotspot OFF.

There is no data remaining on your
current plan. Would you like to add
more data. If you don't add
now, you can do it later in Settings.
Is there a way to stop this annoying popup? It seems to be happening more frequently of late. Yes, if I click "Later" it goes away. I haven't tried "Now" since I don't want to activate the hotspot that costs $20 extra per month.
