my iphone 3gs has been disabled

My iphone has been disabled and i cant access to insert the passcode to unlock my iphone.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4, iphone 16gb

You may need to try this More than Once...

Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...

But... if the Device has been Modified... this will Not necessarily work.
