automatic download of purchases on other devices

When I try to turn on automatic downloads for music, ibooks and apps made on other devices on my iPad2, they turn off on their own after 0.5 sec. On my iPhone 5 I had no problems turning this feature on.

Does anybody have the same problem?

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1
