I have changed from an iPhone 3 to an iPhone 4S and the calendars and contacts won't sync to my computer.

The iPhone 3 automatically transferred data from my phone to the computer and vice versa and would ask me to choose if there were any conflicts. The iPhone 4S doesn't. What can I do?
