My nephew was playing on my ipad yesterday and he must of been messing about with the buttons because when i checked my emails today i had one from itunes notyifying me that i had purchased some coins of a game for £34.99. It was a mistake not done by me and i would be very greatful if i had a refund. thank you

    All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support (these are user-to-user forums) and explain what happened and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption


    To try and stop it happening again you should be able to set Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password to 'Immediately', and you can also turn off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen
